If you are ordering prescription medication, please note that upon receipt of a valid prescription, orders are subject to our stringent vet approval process which can take up to 2 working days. After that, orders will be processed within the time frames set out for express & standard dispatches.

Temperature-Controlled Items

Products & Pricing

Products such as Caninsulin, ProZinc, and Leventa require refrigeration and will incur a £7.50 delivery charge.

These are shipped with ice packs and insulated Woolcool packaging to maintain the correct temperature range for up to 48 hours.

Important Requirements
  • Deliveries via DHL between 7am–7pm
  • Someone must be available to receive
  • Cannot be left unattended or in safe place
  • Must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery
  • No refund/replacement if delivery is missed
We do not ship temperature-controlled products to Northern Ireland or some Highlands and Islands postcodes. Restrictions will be shown at checkout.

Important Notes on Aerosols

Aerosol products cannot be shipped to non-UK mainland addresses due to shipping regulations.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains both general items (e.g. food, accessories) and prescription products, your order may be dispatched in two separate parcels at no extra cost.

Each shipment will have its own dispatch confirmation email and tracking details.

International Deliveries

We currently do not ship outside the UK, including to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses, due to VAT and customs restrictions.

Returns Policy

Changed Your Mind?

If you've purchased an item by mistake or simply no longer need it, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:

The item is unopened
The item is factory-sealed
It is still in its original packaging

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Due to regulatory and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any labelled products, including:

Prescription medications
Caninsulin syringes and needles
Flea, tick, and worming treatments
Returns of labelled products are only permitted if:
  • There has been a processing error on our part
  • There is an official product recall

Lost or Missing Orders

  • We cannot initiate courier investigation until 3 days have passed since dispatch
  • Missing parcels must be reported within 7 days of dispatch
  • Courier investigations take minimum 48 hours to complete

  • Items you did receive
