Products such as Caninsulin, ProZinc, and Leventa require refrigeration and will incur a £7.50 delivery charge.
These are shipped with ice packs and insulated Woolcool packaging to maintain the correct temperature range for up to 48 hours.
Aerosol products cannot be shipped to non-UK mainland addresses due to shipping regulations.
If your order contains both general items (e.g. food, accessories) and prescription products, your order may be dispatched in two separate parcels at no extra cost.
Each shipment will have its own dispatch confirmation email and tracking details.
We currently do not ship outside the UK, including to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses, due to VAT and customs restrictions.
If you've purchased an item by mistake or simply no longer need it, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:
