How to Register Your Pet
Registering your pet is required when ordering prescription or restricted products (e.g.
NFA-VPS, POM-VPS, POM-V). You can complete pet registration either during checkout or via
your account dashboard.
Registering a Pet During Checkout
- In the Pets section of checkout, click “+ New Pet.”
- Enter your pet’s details into the form and select “Save Pet.”
- Tick the box next to your pet’s name, confirm the details, then click “Confirm
Pet.”
- Accept any required checkboxes and click “Next.”
Registering or Managing a Pet in Your Account
- Log in and go to My Account → My Pets.
- Click “Add New Pet,” fill out the form, and click
“Save.”
- Your pet will now appear under My Pets and be available at checkout.
- Edit with the pencil icon or delete using the bin
icon.
Selecting a Registered Pet at Checkout
- Registered pets appear beneath each prescription item.
- Select the relevant pet(s), confirm the details, and click “Confirm
Pet.”
- Species-specific items only show eligible pets.
- Tick the final agreement boxes and click “Next.”
Why Registering Your Pet Matters
It's essential to register pets so medicines can be properly matched to the correct species,
breed, weight, and size. This helps our Registered Qualified Persons (RQP) to review
prescriptions accurately and safely.
